De los elementos estructurales depende la estabilidad de la construcción, por lo que se debe mantener su estado y condición sin poder ser modificados y es el diseño el que debe adaptarse. En este Estanco se toma la viga que atraviesa el local de forma transversal como línea para dividir el espacio público del privado, generando un muro en un sector y el mostrador de atención del otro, haciendo a la estructura parte del diseño.
